Matthew Graham
Executive Chairman
Matthew is the Founding Partner and Executive Chairman of Barchee Holdings, where he leads strategic vision and origination-building trusted relationships with founders and investors, shaping firm strategy, and evaluating opportunities aligned with Barchee’s long-term investment themes. An entrepreneur by background, he has spent the past 15 years founding and leading businesses across the construction trades, real estate, and energy services sectors. His operating experience and understanding of transition dynamics shape Barchee’s founder-first approach to partnership. A fifth-generation Oklahoma native, Matthew was raised on a farm where he learned the values of hard work, accountability, and a future-oriented mindset. He lives in Tulsa with his wife, Melissa, and their two children.Outside the firm, Matthew remains active in the local community through nonprofit board service, coaching youth sports, and volunteering at his church. When time allows, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and friends.
Adam Ness
Managing Partner
Adam leads Barchee’s platform builds and portfolio management, working closely with founders and management teams to drive sustainable value creation. Before founding Barchee, he launched and led a boutique infrastructure development and financing firm, orchestrating structured financings and supporting the growth of sponsor-backed service businesses. He brings deep experience in operational transformation, with a multidisciplinary track record that combines financial discipline, commercial strategy, and talent development. Adam earned his degree in Systems Engineering as a Donaghey Scholar at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
